Kathy joined the Synergy team in October 2021 with over 16 years of experience in safety, health and environmental roles in the construction industry with a focus on construction material testing, geotechnical and environmental engineering, drilling operations and utility location services.
She takes a proactive approach to work health and safety and is passionate about educating and empowering others.
Kathy holds a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Return to Work Coordinator Certificate and is an accredited Mental Health First Aider.

Redmond joined Synergy Group in 2021, bringing with him significant experience working in the oil and energy industry.
His trade background in fabrication and experience working on oil rigs and construction sites in rural and remote locations, allows Redmond to understand the needs of our clients.
He is a skilled leader who is passionate about driving business performance and helping his team reach their potential.
Redmond holds a Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication).

Lachlan joined the Synergy Group team in October 2022 as a Project Cadet with a background in retail, welding and store fit outs. Lachlan moved into the role of Project Manager in March 2024.
Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and a Certificate I in Engineering.

Cristina joined the Synergy Group team in September 2023 with over 20 years experience in accounting and over 10 years in the construction industry.
She is a skilled numbers person and has a wide scope of experience looking after Synergy’s financial practices.
Cristina holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and is an accredited NSW Justice of the Peace.

Senthil joined the Synergy Group in July 2024 with over 15 years of industry experience, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of structural steel design, detailing, estimation, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business growth.
He is a dedicated Estimating Manager passionate about delivering excellence in Synergy tender submissions.
Senthil holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and Masters Degree in Project Management.
