Our management team brings together knowledge from their diverse backgrounds and industry experience to manage the challenges of each project and deliver high quality service to our clients. The Synergy team share the common ethos that we can work together with our clients in close collaboration and we strive to build a business based on that ideal.
Luke draws on vast experience in the construction sector to provide strategic operation and direction within the business. Luke takes a client-focused approach to all projects and understands that a project’s success goes beyond the day to day delivery.

Joel brings close to 15 years of experience in many sectors of Construction including Commercial, Residential and Industrial Projects to the Synergy Team. Joel’s key focus for the business is to deliver

Tom has a wealth of financial and administrative experience as a CFO, gained across various industries, where he has been the business partner and 2IC to the CEO/MD and a key member of the executive team, in addition to having had General Management experience.
Tom has led high-performing finance teams which he has developed over time and enjoys mentoring and coaching the members of his team which he continues to do with his Synergy finance team.
While Tom’s approach to business is future-focused and “ big-picture” which he translates into the financial/business models he builds to tell the story behind the numbers and which enable the executive team to continuously monitor and manage the business, he is always conscious that the “devil is in the detail” and of the importance of robust processes in ensuring the integrity of the information that the business uses to make critical decisions.
Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a CPA, Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional.
Leana has been working in the construction industry as part of the Synergy team since 2015. Since beginning her career as an estimator, Leana has gained extensive knowledge all facets involved in the delivery of structural steel and metalwork projects. Leana has a Bachelor of Science and has brought to Synergy an analytical and detail oriented approach to our estimating department that has led to the procurement of successful projects coupled with a high level of service to our valued clients.
Alex has over 10 years experience in the construction industry and has been with Synergy since its inception. With his extensive knowledge and trade background, Alex manages the fabrication and delivery of structural steel packages from design, fabrication through to onsite installation.
A fitter and Turner by trade Alex knows what it takes to prepare and deliver steel to specification. With hands on experience Alex is one of our leading project managers who knows the process from design through to installation and prides himself on delivering on a smooth process and a quality finished product.
With over 20 years of experience in the Construction & Mining industries as well as five years in steel Distribution, Scott brings a different skillset to the position of Business Development Manager.
With a proven track record of developing, strong, lasting relationships as a key account manager in these industries, he also has the ability to see our business from several different perspectives.
Scott has a strong focus on helping Synergy Engineering Flourish as well as make interactions with our clients and partners a positive experience.
David is a fully qualified Civil Engineer and has been working in senior management roles for the past 10 years. David has an extensive range of experience managing the delivery of major structural steel and civil engineering projects including bridges, boardwalks, water reservoirs and commercial steelwork projects. David has worked closely with many government organisations to deliver high profile projects and along the way has formed strong industry relationships within both the public and private sector.
David has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)(Honours) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
Jayden has been working within the Construction Industry for the past 5 years, starting off in the civil industry as an undergraduate engineer assisting in the planning, procurement and construction of a large scale freeway upgrade on the Central Coast.
Jayden has extensive experience in building strong client and subcontractor relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of a high quality product to the customer.
Jayden is enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow within the structural steel and architectural metal workspace and strive to provide the best possible service and product to our clients and customers.
Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, Brent is a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in engineering and design complemented by extensive project management experience in mining, heavy engineering and industrial projects. He is experienced at visioning, costing and executing projects from inception to completion. Brent has extensive experience at building and maintaining close relationships with clients and key subcontractors to deliver high quality results on all his projects. Brent holds qualifications in Engineering, Project Management and drafting.
An experienced and driven Project Manager with over 10 years in fabrication and installation within the construction industry. With a background in drafting, he enjoys working on projects to develop them from drawings through fabrication and onto installation. His attention to detail from the start of the job ensures that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
He has worked on a large range of projects including residential, commercial and industrial.
Joe is team player who believes in collaboration to get the job done.
Raju has a Diploma in Production (Mech.) Engineering and over 35 years of experience in varied industries including manufacturing and construction. Raju has been working as an Estimator for last seven years and enjoys pricing up large structural steel projects. Raju’s key focus is to provide accurate and competitive estimates for the business.
Denis earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 and has since had a wealth of experience in many facets of engineering including project management, estimating and drafting. Denis has worked as an estimator on large structural steel projects and enjoys the challenge of preparing accurate and competitive estimates. Denis brings to Synergy his extensive experience in the steel sector along with a willingness to take on new and exciting projects as a part of the Synergy team.
Graham is our workshop foreman he has been with our company for nearly 6 years. He has over 25 years of experience in steel fabrication. With 16 years in leadership rolls. Graham prides himself in finishing projects on time and to the highest standard.
Emerald has completed a diploma in Business Administration and also has over 10 years experience working for Accounting firms in Sydney. Emerald picked up her love for numbers during her time working in the Accounting industry and recognizes that understanding each and every person within the business is key.
Emerald then managed the office for an aluminum manufacturing business in Newcastle where she picked up the ins and outs of running a business with her strong administration and accounts skills. Emerald is a people person and prides herself on being reliable, organized and honest.
